Real and Solid ships orders to customers in the United States and, where available, to select additional destinations.
Orders are generally processed within a reasonable handling time after payment is received and approved. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

special-order items
items that have been resized, engraved, altered, or repaired at the customer’s request
any item returned in used, worn, damaged, or incomplete condition
- Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether the return is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
